Cedar Community was created to create community and foster collaboration with private practice therapists. Our community members have access to trainings, bi-weekly consultations, supportive chats and events. Members do not have to rent space from us, and are free to cancel memberships at any time! Anna Ferianec (she/her)

Anna is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and owner of Fruition Counselling. Specializing in therapy for teens, adults, human service workers, and female-identifying individuals, she utilizes an eclectic range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.

Alexis Knight (she/her)

Alexis (Lexi) is a Registered Social Worker and owner of 1377 Counselling. She has an eclectic approach to therapy, and utilizes a range of therapeutic approaches in order to tailor your work together in a way that fits your unique needs and personal experiences. Some of the modalities and theories she leans on include somatic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion-focused therapy and client-centered therapy.

Madison Sikking (she/her)

Madison is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C) and a Therapeutic Play Practitioner working towards becoming a Certified Play Therapist. When working with you, she uses a trauma-informed approach and integrate play based therapy, cognitive-based therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy into her practice.

Dori Palmiere (she/her)

Dori is a Registered Social Worker and owner of Loving Kindness Relationship Counselling. She primarily works with individuals and couples/partners who want to work towards more secure, emotionally connected, resilient, and joyful relationships. Her approach is informed by years of work in relationship and sexuality education and is informed by attachment theories, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).  Together, you will explore how you can build trust, emotional safety, and deeper understanding in your relationships—whether that means strengthening a partnership or preparing yourself for one in the future.

Tishina Shannacappo (she/her)

Tishina Shannacappo is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a doctoral student at OISE, University of Toronto, she brings together clinical training with a deep respect for the relational and narrative traditions that shape who we are. Originally from Winnipeg, her practice is informed by a holistic, strength-based, and story-driven approach grounded in community, care, and accountability.

Much of her work focuses on psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults—supporting clients and families who are navigating questions of identity, learning, and neurodivergence. Her specialization includes Autism assessments (ages 6+), giftedness, ADHD, and psychoeducational assessments designed to help clients access clarity, accommodations, and advocacy that reflects their lived experience. At Heart Berry Psychology, she views each assessment as a relationship, one rooted in listening, witnessing, and walking alongside others. Complimentary consultation sessions are available.
