Tina Ashiofu (she/her)

Tina is the owner of Ilera Psychological Services and is a Registered Psychologist.

Professionally, she has worked in social services, mental health, and community support, supporting individuals from diverse cultures and life stages. These experiences have shown her the strength and uniqueness in every person’s story.

On a personal level, she understands how anxiety, self-doubt, and life’s big questions can feel overwhelming. Coming from a family of five, she has seen firsthand how uncertainty can shape us—but also how support can make a difference. Her own journey has taught me that no one has to face their struggles alone, and it’s this belief that drives my work.

Today, she combines her education, professional experience, and personal understanding to create a safe, compassionate space for clients. Whether through therapy, advocacy, or simply listening, her goal is to help others find clarity, confidence, and their own path forward.

Katie McLean (she/her)

Katie is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and is the owner of Yes And Therapy. “Yes and” alludes to the belief that many things can be true at once. One can be anxious AND courageous. One can be grieving AND joyful. One can be confused AND confident.

Katie’s therapy space is designed to help you navigate life's challenges with openness, creativity, and ideally, a touch of fun. Her approach is rooted in authenticity, creativity, compassion, and understanding. Her goal is to promote healing and resilience while advocating for social justice and equity within the therapeutic relationship and beyond, and without ignoring the factors that make healing and resilience challenging. Some of Katie's areas of interest and expertise are anxiety management, ADHD, Queer therapy, and perinatal and parenting support. She offers individual and couples sessions for clients of all genders and orientations.

Katie works through an anti-oppressive lens, which means she believes therapy cannot exist outside of the contexts we live in. She is Queer and Trans affirming, which means she celebrates the many ways gender and sexuality impact our human experience. 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and couples can feel safe and confident working with her, and Queer politics, history, and culture are not things you will need to explain
